Increased maximum bank level

I have increased the maximum bank level to level 15. This means that if you max out your bank level you'll be able to loan up to 819,200,000.00 euro. But to avoid massive abuse, there has been added a restriction on increasing your loan limit.

You will have to have reached a certain company value before you can improve to the next bank level.
