Sure, training your staff members is fun and gives this game quite an edge. But sometimes you just know those guys are not really that useful at this very moment and they are all working just hard enough not to get fired.
Well those days are over, from now on you will only have to pay your staff when they are hired. Which also means that they will only have effect when being hired as well. (Makes sense duh.)
Anyway, you now have the complete power to run a clean ship and get rid of those free loaders.
