CEO Field Manual
1. Your First Steps: Starter Missions
Upon registering your corporation, navigate immediately to your Starter Missions portal:
- Guided Milestones: Starter missions walk you through constructing your first raw extractors, managing warehouse stock, and listing goods on the global market.
- Instant Capital Rewards: Completing starter missions awards bonus cash and starter resources to kickstart your growth trajectory.
2. Step-by-Step Industrial Growth Playbook
Every successful conglomerate expands through a disciplined four-stage pipeline:
Stage A: Raw Resource Extraction
Start by building basic raw extraction units on your Production Page (e.g. Iron Ore Mines, Crude Oil Wells, Timber Mills, Water Pumping Stations). Raw extractors produce basic inputs directly into your warehouse CBM storage every turn cycle.
Stage B: Value-Added Component Processing
Raw materials yield modest profits on their own. To increase your profit margins, build intermediate processing units (e.g. converting Iron Ore + Coal into Steel, or Crude Oil into Plastics). Higher-tier components command vastly higher market prices.
Stage C: Open Market Trading
Navigate to the Global Market to sell excess inventory to other players:
- Check active sell listings to determine the current market equilibrium price.
- Set competitive unit prices to ensure high inventory turnover and continuous cash flow.
Stage D: Warehouse Capacity & Upkeep Management
Monitor your warehouse CBM capacity on the Storage & Logistics page. If your warehouse reaches 100% capacity, all manufacturing facilities will freeze production until storage volume is freed.
3. Reaching Tier 1 Enterprise (€1,000,000 Net Worth)
When your combined cash, inventory, and facility assets hit €1,000,000, your company automatically upgrades to Scale Tier 1 Enterprise:
- Corporate Office HQ Unlocked: Unlocks your Corporate HQ Office to hire executive department staff (Accounting, HR, Logistics Director, Waste Management).
- Department Bonuses: Staff members grant powerful passive bonuses across your entire corporate network.
